CNA938 Rewind - Less waste, but also less recycling in Singapore last year
Singapore's overall recycling rate dropped to 50 per cent in 2024, its lowest since 2006, according to newly released figures. This marks a decline from the 52 per cent recorded in 2023. Lance Alexander and Daniel Martin speak with Professor Lawrence Loh, Director of the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at NUS Business School.
