President Donald Trump raised the global US import tariff to 15% on Saturday – just a day after the US Supreme Court struck down much of his earlier tariff program as illegal. Trump said the new 15% rate is “fully allowed and legally tested,” replacing an initial 10% plan, and is temporary under existing trade law for 150 days. How enforceable is this?
