SINGAPORE - The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has launched 4,170 flats in Bukit Batok, Sengkang and Bidadari for this year's first Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise.

These flats make up the first batch of 18,000 flats to be launched this year.

For the February BTO exercise, 2-room Flexi to Three-Generation (3Gen) flats will be offered to meet the housing needs of first-timer buyers as multi-generation families and singles.

Home buyers who wish to apply for the new flats can do so on the HDB’s website from today to next Tuesday  (March 1).  Applicants can apply for only one type of flat in one town.

The next BTO exercise will be in May this year, when the HDB will offer about 4,070 BTO flats in Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bukit Merah, Bukit Panjang and Sembawang. About 5,000 unsold flats will be offered in a concurrent exercise.

More information on the flats to be offered in May is available on HDB’s website.
