Are you a superhero dad or a cheerleader mum? Find out your parenting style through eight simple questions on the Families for Life Facebook page. More than 300 people have taken the #SGParent quiz since its launch on July 6.

The questions include: “Your teenager goes out with their friends without telling you and does not pick up your calls. How will you approach this situation?” and “Your child comes home from school upset because they were bullied in school. How do you help them?”

The quiz sheds light on one’s parenting style, with four results: Cheerleader, superhero, communicator and coach.

Social media such as Facebook are “very important’, said council chairman Ching Wei Hong, as they allow content to reach the right target audience.
