SINGAPORE – Students who took last year’s GCE A-level examination scored the best results since the examinations under the modified curriculum started in 2007.
About 93.1 per cent of the 13,582 students received at least three H2 passes, with a pass in General Paper or Knowledge and Inquiry.
The results were slightly better than the previous highest score, which was set last year. Then, about 91.4 per cent of the 14,185 students scored at least three H2 passes.
Students went back to their schools on Friday (March 4) to collect their results slips from 2.30pm. Private candidates will receive their results by post, or they can access them via the Singapore Examinations And Assessment Board website at http://www.seab.gov.sg.
