Chan Chun Sing calls for new rules and partnerships as nature of conflicts evolves

Singapore Defence Minister Chan Chun Sing has called on countries to update international norms, build flexible partnerships and strengthen domestic cohesion as security threats become more complex. Speaking at the Shangri-La Dialogue, he said modern conflicts increasingly span economic, cyber, technological and information domains, requiring new approaches to cooperation and trust-building.
